3 Generations of homebuilders

Kip Richmond began building homes in California in the 1980's under the guidance of his father, Ken. He built his first home to put himself through college at UT Pan-Am.

Since then, homebuilding has become a generational family business in Texas that also includes his brother Cavitt. With over 80 years of combined family homebuilding experience, Quail Valley Homes encompasses "homes built for family, by family."
